All orders are usually despatched the same day via Express courier from Monday to Friday. Delivery to your home will take place within 1-2 working days in Italy. Delivery time to EU countries take place within 3-5 working days. You can find more infos on the Delivery+Return page. For orders to Extra EU Countries please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the receiver. Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country. If an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible.

We hope not, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please e-mail us and follow our instructions. The return costs are at your expense. If we make an error in your order, the return shipping fees shall be refunded by Un Elefantino a Pois.
